Snowmobile Accident Information

  • If you have been injured in any kind of accident that was someone else’s fault, you have the right to be reimbursed for a number of things, including property damage, medical expenses, lost wages, permanent injury, and pain and suffering.
  • If you’ve been injured in snowmobile accident and you’re still having problems, you should be examined by a doctor as soon as possible.     • Most importantly, do not sign any release forms. We can’t emphasize this enough. If you do not fully understand what the papers are about, do not put your name on them. Once you settle your case, you won’t be able to get anything else.

Ski-Doo Explosion Risk
BRP U.S. Inc., of Sturtevant, Wisconsin, has recalled about 400 Ski-Doo snowmobiles. Under extreme cold and dry weather conditions, an explosion could occur because of sparking in the fuel tank when it is partially filled with gasoline at a low vapor pressure and the engine is left idling.
